Refund policy

Original Artworks

All original artworks are carefully inspected, documented and securely packaged before shipment.

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The artwork arrives damaged during shipping

  • The artwork significantly differs from its description

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • clear photographs of the damage

  • photographs of the packaging

  • your order number

We will assess the situation and offer either:

  • a refund

  • a partial refund

  • or repair/restoration solution (if applicable)

Return shipping in case of damage is covered after claim approval.

We do not accept returns based on change of mind.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or force majeure events.

Customs duties and taxes (outside EU) are the responsibility of the buyer.
