You confirm that:

  • you will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • you will not transmit any viruses or malicious code

A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Services.

3. Products & Availability

All artworks are subject to availability.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind. Once sold, they are no longer available.

We reserve the right to:

  • modify or discontinue products

  • limit sales to specific individuals or regions

  • correct any errors in pricing or description

We make every effort to display colors and details as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colors perfectly.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (unless otherwise stated).

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers (PayPal). We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers

  • customs processing

  • force majeure events

International buyers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks, images, texts, logos and visual materials on this website are the intellectual property of Zuzana Kochánková.

Purchase of an artwork does NOT transfer copyright.

The buyer may not:

  • reproduce the artwork

  • use it for commercial purposes

  • create prints or derivatives

  • use images for promotional purposes

Without written permission from the artist.

All rights remain with the artist.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • loss of profits

  • misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, buyers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, except in cases of:

  • commissioned artworks

  • personalized/custom pieces

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU regulations.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Slovakia.
