Under the Skin explores the architecture we carry within — not as physical places, but as traces. Quiet structures of memory, fragments of time that settle into the body and shape identity.

Some elements appear on the skin like subtle imprints, somewhere between ornament, map, and memory. They do not decorate — they hold meaning. They speak of spaces once experienced, now internalized.

Not everything needs to be visible to be present.
Some structures remain beneath the surface — persistent, formative, unseen.

The figure stands between strength and vulnerability, held by a vertical axis that stabilizes the composition. The surrounding fields of gold and red create a tension between permanence and transformation.

Gold leaf forms a timeless ground, while expressive red gestures introduce movement and disruption. Together, they define a space where memory is not recalled, but carried.
