The work depicts the mysterious Palazzo Dario in Venice, a palace surrounded by centuries of unsettling legends. Despite its extraordinary beauty, Venetians have long believed the building to be cursed, and boats rarely stop before its gates.

A red sailboat glides quietly across the lagoon in front of the palace. Whether it is truly there or only a fleeting apparition remains open to the viewer. Reflections of light, movement of water, and the intense red sail create a moment where reality and myth meet.
